This site was created for current and future residents of the Live Oak HOA neighborhood. We are located in the beautiful city of Concord, California.

The Association was founded to help ensure all our community areas are properly maintained. In this site, you will find important information about our Community, Calendar of Events, the Management Team, the Board of Directors, Public Documents critical to the operation of the Association, and Private Documents for current members of our association. Private documents include Newsletters, Board Meeting Minutes from past Board Meetings, and much more.
